Question:

Why do we need to sleep? It seems strange. It seems that we shouldn't've evolved with 8 hours of complete defenselessness/unconsciousness built into our system.

Whoever decided on the weekends? Why is it Saturday and Sunday? I get wanting to take a break, but who got to pick?
